Getting started
Calistx is the training app for Calistx coaching clients, coached by Hunter Stein. Your coach sends you an invite; you create an account with your email, and your program appears under the Train tab.
Common questions
My workout isn't showing. Your coach assigns your program. If the Train tab is empty, message them in the app and they'll assign it.
My check-in video won't upload. Check you're on a stable connection and try again. Large clips can take a minute. If it keeps failing, message your coach with the error text.
I forgot my password. Tap Log in → Forgot password and we'll email you a reset link.
I want my data. Email us and we'll send you an export of everything on your account.
I want to delete my account. Go to Settings → Delete account in the app. Your access ends immediately. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
Reporting a problem
The more specific, the faster we fix it. Tell us what screen you were on, what you tapped, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps a lot.
